Refining digital interactions through testing
Tikuparem identifies friction points in user journeys and provides structured feedback to improve website usability and accessibility.
How we examine websites
Founded in 2018, Tikuparem began as a small consultancy focused on identifying usability issues for local businesses. We documented navigation problems, unclear CTAs, and accessibility gaps that created barriers between users and their goals.
Our approach avoids broad assessments. Instead, we break down each interface into individual interactions and measure how real users respond.
Testing sessions last between 45 and 90 minutes. Participants perform specific tasks while we observe where they hesitate, what they overlook, and when they abandon processes entirely.
Findings are organized by severity and frequency. Critical issues that block core functions receive priority. Minor friction points are documented separately to avoid diluting the primary recommendations.
Reports include screen recordings, heatmaps, and annotated screenshots. This evidence supports each suggestion and helps development teams understand why changes matter.
